Place the machine on a flat, firm surface. Plug the electrical cord into an outlet. Make sure both the timer and speed dial are in the "Off" positions.
Remove your shoes and lie down on your back with both feet (near the ankles) placed on the foot cradle, aligning the body perpendicular to the machine.
Push the "Neck"/"Feet" selection button to "Feet" mode.
Press the timer "On/Off" button (red color) once. The default timer setting of 15 minutes will be registered. Adjust the time you need by pressing the up arrow (green color) or down arrow (yellow color) to increase or decrease the time respectively.
Pressing the red button again will activate the movement.
Determine your optimal speed: Slowly turn the speed dial clockwise to increase to the speed PRIOR to your feeling of the machine starting to "lift up" or to wobble.
Please note: Faster is NOT better.

NORMAL POSITION
Place your arms by your sides; close eyes and relax.

SLIMMING POSITION
For toning and slimming purposes, stretch both hands above the head on the floor, close eyes and relax.

When the machine stops, you will very likely feel the surge of energy and the tingling sensation throughout your body ---- this is the "Chi". At this time, take a deep breath and continue to remain in the same position for several minutes.
Slowly lean to one side and get up. Drink a full glass of water, if possible, to flush out bodily toxins and to replenish cellular fluid.
Place an exercise mat or cushion near the back of the Stressbuster so that its height is in level with the bottom of the foot cradle.
Plug in the machine and make sure that both the timer and speed dial are in the "Off" positions.
Lie your neck on the central groove of the foot cradle.
Push the "Neck"/ "Feet" selection button to "Neck" mode.
Press the timer "On/Off" button (red color) once. The default timer setting of 15 minutes will be registered. Adjust the time you need by pressing the up arrow (green color) or down arrow (yellow color) to increase or decrease the time respectively.
Press the red button again will activate the movement.
Adjust the speed by turning the dial to clockwise or anti-clockwise direction until you feel your head move comfortably.
Close your eyes and relax. When the machine stops, remain in the same position for a short while before getting up.
Place an exercise mat or cushion near the front of the Stressbuster so that its height is in level with the bottom part of the massage panel.
Plug in the machine, turn on the FIR heat and massage buttons located at the right hand side rear of the machine.
Lie your shoulder on the massage panel and enjoy the massage.
Change the massage speed to slow or fast as needed. To reduce vibration on the head, place a cushion or towel underneath the neck.
Recommended treatment time is
15 minutes.
Turn off both the FIR heat and massage function after use.
Turn on the FIR heat and massage buttons located at the right hand side rear of the machine.
Foot Massage/Reflexology Position
Sit comfortably on a chair and put both feet on the vibrating panel in the front of the machine.
Move your feet slowly around the massage nodes.
Relax and enjoy the sole massage with radiant FIR energy.
You may select the fast or slow vibration by switching the control button.
Recommended treatment time is 15 minutes. Turn off both the FIR heat and massage function after use.
