Place
the machine on a flat, hard surface. Plug the electrical cord into
an outlet. Make sure both the timer and speed dial are in the "Off"
positions. |

Remove
your shoes and lie down on your back with both feet (near the ankles)
placed on the foot cradle, aligning the body perpendicular to the
machine. |
 |
 |
 |
Set
the timer to 5, 10 or 15 minutes as you desire. Note: Never turn
the dial passing the 15-minute mark, or the spring operated system
will be damaged. Do not reverse the timer
dial to abort the machine movement; just turn off the speed or unplug
the electrical source. Frequent reversal movements of the timer
dial will cause a malfunction to the timer. |

Slowly
turn the speed dial clockwise to the position two blocks past "ON",
as indicated by the arrow in right pic. This setting represents
the optimal speed of approximately 150 revolutions per minute for
a medium size person. |

 |
Adjust
the speed slightly applicable to your body size, to Small, Medium,
Large or Extra-Large (as represented by S, M, L & XL respectively)
position by turning the speed dial clockwise or counter-clockwise.
Please
note: Faster is not better !
Tip: The optimal speed is the speed
before the machine starts to "lift
up" or to wobble.

Place arms by your sides; close eyes and relax.

SLIMMING
POSITION
For toning and slimming purposes, stretch both hands above the head
on the floor, close eyes and relax. |

When
the machine stops, you will very likely feel the surge of energy
and the tingling sensation throughout your body ---- this is the
"Chi"? At this time, take a deep breath and continue to
remain in the same position for several minutes. |

Slowly
lean to one side and get up. |
 |
Drink
a full glass of water, if possible, to flush out bodily toxins and
to replenish cellular fluid. |

At
the back of the machine, turn on the heat and the vibration switches.
You may wish to choose the Fast or Slow for massage. |

REFLEXOLOGY
POSITION
Sit comfortably on a chair and put both feet on the vibrating
panel in the front of the machine.
